Little Acorns

Gamblesby Methodist Church

10am Sunday, every 3-4 weeks

What is it all about?

Also known as the ‘Children’s Creative Christian Club’, Little Acorns is based at Gamblesby Methodist Church. We are the youngest members of the church who meet on a Sunday morning at 10am, every three to four weeks.

The aim of our club is to nurture the message and values taught by Jesus to young people aged 0-11 years in a fun and creative way.

What happens at a normal session?

The hour, long session comprises of a story, creative play, prayer and song and carries a specific theme and message. Activities include modelling crafts, clay work, painting/colouring, role play, baking, gardening etc. In addition, there are puppets, dressing up clothes, books, props and play resources for very young members.

How can I get involved?

We welcome any children from the local area who would like to be involved.
