An invitation to meditators and those interested in exploring meditation to join us for our Summer Day of Gathering to be held in the delightful village setting of Langwathby only 10minutes drive out of Penrith.
The theme of the day is about ‘Growing Awareness’ of that within us and around us and toward others. It will include times of meditation together, a guided walk with times of stilling and sensing (weather permitting) and later some led chanting and contemplation.
It will be a day to meet and share while we acknowledge Fr John Main’s insight that ‘meditation creates community’

The day is provided FREE!  Please bring your own lunch: Tea, coffee, cake and treats provided.
